Today, a guy at work asked if I was “trimming down.” Someone thinks I lost weight! And it’s a dude! Dudes are just more honest, that’s why I’m excited.

Woot woot!!! I had a similar. I was sad my boss/trainer hadn’t said anything about my weight loss cause I thought I was doing good having just bought all size medium tops and gone down a size in jeans. Then this big mocho guy that works out at the gym asked me while I was cleaning if I’d lost weight cause I looked good. He said it looked like I was weight training. Woot woot! Go us!!!
