Ugh! So I do an hour circuit training monday/wednesday/friday mornings at 8:30 am. I always plan to try and get some cardio in too. Granted the class is just as much cardio as strength but I need that extra boost of like an extra 20 mins a day of cardio to help burn fat or I just sit at the same weight. The problem is I can never get myself out the door early enough to do it before and after I’m usually so sweaty and sore I don’t feel like doing it and just want a shower.
